Items will be posted after all payments are cleared. Please check individual lead times carefully before placing an order. All products are made to order. Bespoke products have a longer lead time than our Standard Products. Regarding Bespoke products: Items and delivery costs will need to be fully paid for in advance. Once the design has been approved, the manufacturing process will begin.

We offer 2 Delivery Services through Royal Mail: 1st Class Signed For (1-2 working days) and Second Class Signed For (2-3 working days) Delivery covers UK Mainland Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.

Our International Delivery service is through Hermes. Prices and delivery estimation vary.

We hope you'll love your new Products, but if you are unhappy with them for whatever reason, you have the right to cancel your contract with us. Please note, that the right to change your mind does not apply to any Bespoke Products you purchase from us (i.e, Products that we create to your specification or are clearly personalised). For a full refund, simply send us an email at info@arcanebydesign.com expressing the reason behind your desire for a refund (within 14 days of delivery), and send the parcel, unused and in its original packaging to us at Arcane By Design. Please contact us for the return address.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the Products. Where you order multiple Products in one order or a Product is delivered in separate parts, or lots or pieces, the cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last Product, part, lot or piece that makes up your order.

We are not responsible for the package once we have dispatched it, and so for your own protection, we recommend you return the parcel using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. Please allow 28 days for a full refund.

For an exchange, please send us an email expressing which item/s you wish to exchange. Please note, exchanges can only be made to products of the same price value, and is not valid on Bespoke, Personalised products. Goods will only be accepted for refunds and exchanges if they are returned within 21 working days of delivery.

Here at Arcane By Design, each piece is individually handcrafted using natural materials, and therefore features minor variations from item to item. For concrete products, these minor variations include voids, cracks and the colour/tone of each piece. The size and the design of each piece will be substantially the same as pictured online. For wooden products, the minor variations include the grain of the wood including knots, knotholes, small cracks and the finish of the stain. We feel these imperfections give each product a unique feel and personalised touch.

The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer/device will display the colours accurately or reflect the colour of the Products. The Products that are delivered to you may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, the measurements indicated shown on our site are approximate only.
